Changing the hotel on an existing booking

You can reschedule to a new hotel yourself through the portal. First, check your current booking to confirm that it is cancellable. If it is, proceed by making a new, separate booking for the desired hotel. Once the new booking has been confirmed, return to your original booking and cancel only the hotel portion of that reservation.
